If this sounds like a story line from a Hollywood script we promise you its real and about to get messy. 25 year old Meester is suing her mother Constance Meester for $230 000. Leighton alleges that her mother has been using the money which she sends home to support her sick brother for her own selfish purposes.

In the court papers filled against her mother Leighton claims Constance used the monthly $10 000 for botox and hair extensions. However, her mother has filled back papers claiming that she and Leighton had a deal. In this deal Leighton was to send her money every month for parental support. Leighton says that’s absurd and only sent money
voluntarily.

Her mother is also suing for $3 million which she paid for private schools and acting classes (allegedly).Constance Meester is no saint. She served a prison sentence for her involvement in a drug smuggling syndicate. During that time she was pregnant with Leighton and gave birth at hospital and then returned to finish her prison sentence.

A court date has not been set. What ever the outcome; you wont be seeing these two at a mother daughter function anytime soon!
