Manchester made as London burns.

What has already been a difficult month for London yesterday became a nightmare. Not only have london residences and buisnesses been mugged by rioters recently but now their beloved Footballl teams have been mugged on the pitch. an the culprit?: Those pesky lads from Manchester. Manchester City started first by trouncing Tottenham in the "game of pretenders" 5-1 with Edin Dzeko bagging 4 of the goals and Nasri grabbing the headlines on his Debut. It was always gonna be a hard act to follow for United, believed to be made harder by a Wounded Arsenal team but United showed, as they have done time and time again, that whatever City can do they can do better by Demolishing a Weakened Arsenal side 8-1 with the scoring distributed among 4 with Rooney scoring a hat-trick. Wenger must have felt liek Hurricane Irene had missed New York and hit Arsenal as the results left Arsenal with their worst Premier League defeat ever and sent a strong message to Uniteds title rivals that the Old Trafford club will not lie down.Earlier in the weekend both Liverpool and Chelsea had shown signs of a stir as they lifted to the challenge of playing earlier than their rivals and , at varying times on saturday afternoon, went Top of the League standings. First Liverpool with a 3-1 victory over Bolton and then later in the day Chelsea with a victory over Norwich at Stamford Bridge. In other notable results Wolves lost their 100% record with a dull 0-0 draw at Aston Villa.
what do you think of Manchesters dominance? Who will win the league?
